Josh has over 15 years of Real Estate Development and Investing experience across the south and central US. He spent 7 years in the technology industry building teams, presenting to the Board of Directors of Fortune 500 Companies and managing multi- million dollar budgets. Josh is responsible for identifying secondary and tertiary market opportunities, acquisition, management and disposition of investments.
Jim Taggert
Board Member
Jim was raised in the construction industry, working with his father as a young teen through his current position as President of Synergy Framing, LLC. His construction experience includes commercial project management of all phases of construction. Jim has evaluated and acquired investment properties across the United States.
