This month’s community spotlight features one of Wealth Builders’ own vendors, StoneCreek of St. Louis, Missouri. StoneCreek manages our Evansville Portfolio and are looking to expand into other markets with StoneCreek. They provide us with not just property management, but aid in purchase decisions as well.

They operate a portfolio in excess of 7,500 units and 12,000 beds across the United States and have successfully implemented over $150M of interior rehabilitation and building exterior capital expenditures over the past 15 years, providing a significant return on investment to their partners and clients.
